Marshmellow Foudant Fancy Cakes

This is my first time making foudant cakes. i hope you like it :)

Ingredients :

Marshmellow 450 g, icing sugar 900 g, water 3-4 T

1) pour 2T of water into a microwavable bowl of marshmellow

2)put the bowl in the microwave for 30 min.
stir it by using spatula or spoon to make sure that the marshmellow is all melted

3)guadually add the icing sugar and the rest of the water

4)form a ball by hands. caution: very hot!!

5)add couple drops of food coloring and sqweez the foudant again

6)roll it with a rolling pin

7)simply cover the cake and decorate it as you like
