Bento to college

making your own lunch to the college is much more healthy than eating in the canteen. moreover you can eat whatever you please. the only problem is that, will you be able to wake up, pack your own lunch w/out going to the class late. lol

Okonomiyaki and Tacoyaki

making okonomiyaki with muk and kaew
home made takoyaki

Basically, the indregients of both okonomiyaki (japanese pizza) and takoyaki are pretty much the same. okonomiyaki flour, water, eggs, pink ginger, chopped cabbage and pork/chicken/seafood (optional). then topped with okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise, seaweed and Katsuo bushi

for okonomiyaki, we can use the teflon pan
basically, mix everything all together

same thing with takoyaki, but we have to use the takoyaki pan

day out w/ Nikki at vanilla garden thonglor

the resturant is casually decroated in a modern japanese style
tempura for nikki, FAB
omelet curry rice for me
green tea melon redbeans paste chu ice and peachy parfait

such a delightful resturant. im always a big fan of vanilla resturant but never been to vanilla garden. the food the serve here are mostly japanese style but they still serve pasta, dont worry lol. nikki said pasta here is better than brasserie (and ofcourse the price is also higher) dessert here is superb, again japanese style. you just cant miss chu ice, which is kinda like chu cream but instead of cream, it's icecream... a big YUM! for that
