Matcha Daifuku

Photobucket

everyone im back!! miss my baking blog soooooo much! the truth is i couldnt manage my time to update the blog even though im on my summer vacation and get 3 months off. (well, summer vacation often makes students lazy...) as we all know my latest entry was in march, 2 months ago!! shame on me! but now that i have the time, this is probably gonna be my fresh start

MATCHA DAIFUKU
lots of people asked me what's the different between 'mochi' and 'daifuku' the answer is they arent that different. daifuku is pretty much like the subset of mochi. daifuku is mochi with redbeans paste, that's it!! lol

The recipe is exactly like the previous entry on strawberry daifuku but no strawberries. we just add 1 1/2tsp of matcha to the flour mixture before we microwave it. i made this in march but as i mentioned it before, i didnt have time to update the blog.

in this entry i uploaded almost every picture of the procedure. ENJOY!!
one last thing dont forget to wash your hand folks!!
