Shortcrust Pastry

this is how to make a pie crust for almost every sweet pastry. it is pretty simple yet it needs some patient. so enjoy and try it yourself at home! :))

ingredients
flour 2 1/2c
icing sugar 1/2c
salt 1/8t
butter 100g (room temperature)
2 eggs
in a large mixing bowl: whisk together flour, icing sugar, and salt
cut butter into 4pieces and add it into the bowl
by hands: crush the butter tills it looks like in the picture

mold the dough like what i call "volcanic hole" LOL and add in eggs in the
middle of that hole
use fork to scrape the dough from outside to the center

after it is mixed, you can just hand your hands to form a circular dough

wrap it with the plastic wrap
and fridge it for at leat 2 hrs, better over night

When you want to use it
dusk the table with flour and roll the dough
simply cut it the size of the pie pan
